We collect the minimum needed to take an order: the items you choose, a pickup time, your name and — optionally — a phone number. In this demo everything stays in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to a server.
In production, order data would be processed only to prepare your pickup, under a data-processing agreement, stored within the EU, and deleted on a short retention schedule. You can request access or erasure at any time. Most privacy-preserving defaults are chosen everywhere.
Orders placed here are a demonstration and are not binding — no payment is taken and no products are reserved. Prices, opening hours and location are illustrative.
We target WCAG 2.1 AA and the European Accessibility Act: keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, sufficient contrast, and a fully readable experience with prefers-reduced-motion enabled (all animation is disabled and the content reads as a normal page).
The photography and product cut-outs on this site are AI-generated and are labelled as such in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Any conversational AI feature added later will be clearly disclosed as AI to the user.
